Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Exonity Tech, we deploy custom IT engineering, web development, and digital infrastructure services. Due to the bespoke nature of custom software development and consulting, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly structured to protect the time and resources invested by our engineering team.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request a cancellation of their project under the following conditions:
- Before Engineering Begins: If a cancellation request is submitted in writing before any technical work, design, or server setup has commenced, a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees) will be issued.
- After Engineering Begins: Once our team has initiated the development, design, or deployment phase, the advance deposit becomes strictly non-refundable. This covers the human resource hours and technical infrastructure already allocated to your project.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain third-party and infrastructural costs are absolutely non-refundable from the moment they are initiated. These include, but are not limited to:
- Domain name registrations and renewals.
- Cloud hosting server setups and configurations.
- Third-party API integrations, premium plugins, or software licenses purchased explicitly for your project.
3. Milestone-Based Refunds
For large-scale enterprise projects divided into milestones, if a client chooses to terminate the contract mid-project, no refunds will be provided for milestones that have already been completed or are currently in progress. The client will only be exempt from paying for future, un-started milestones.
4. Refund Processing
In the rare event that a refund is approved by the Exonity Tech core team (e.g., if we are unable to take on your project due to internal capacity), the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
5. Dispute Resolution
We prioritize transparent communication and flawless execution. If you have concerns regarding a deployment or deliverable, please reach out to our support team first to allow us to rectify the issue before initiating any formal disputes.
